Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with our products. On this page you will find our policy for cancellations and refunds. This policy is intended for product purchases and supplements the Terms of Service.
1. Notice period & cancellation rights
- You have the right to cancel your order without giving reasons within 30 days from the day you received the product.
- During this period, you may only handle any received products to inspect them as you would in a normal context.
- Want to cancel? Send a clear declaration (e.g., email) to contact@getswoly.top or use the cancellation form (see Terms of Service).
2. Refund conditions
- Return any received products undamaged, unused and if reasonably possible in the original packaging (including labels and accessories).
- Package products securely to prevent transport damage. You are responsible until the package arrives with us.
- Add your order number and contact details in the package for quick processing.
3. Exceptions
The cancellation right may be excluded for:
- Products that have been consumed or partially used.
- Products that are clearly personalized or made according to your specifications.
- Products that by their nature cannot be returned in their original condition.
4. Costs of return shipping
- Unless otherwise indicated, the direct costs of return shipping are for the customer.
- If it concerns a defect or incorrectly delivered product (our fault), we reimburse reasonable return costs. Always contact support in advance.
5. Refund
- After receipt and verification of your return, we refund the product amount (including any standard delivery costs) within 14 days via the same payment method, unless otherwise agreed.
- We may wait with refund until we have received the products or you prove that you have returned the products, whichever happens first.
- Any additional costs due to your choice for a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery are not reimbursed.
6. Product modifications
Want to modify your order? Report this with your refund request. If the desired product is available, we reserve this after receipt of your return. If not, we offer a refund.
7. Defective or incorrect product received
- Check your order upon receipt. Is there a problem or did you receive the wrong product? Report this within 48 hours with clear documentation via contact@getswoly.top.
- We offer an appropriate solution: replacement, correction or refund according to consumer law.
8. Non-delivered or uncollected products
- With an incorrect/invalid address or non-collection at a pickup point, the product may be returned. Any reshipping costs may be charged.
- In case of return due to "not collected", delivery costs may be deducted from the refund.
9. Steps to request a refund
- Report your refund within 30 days after receiving the product via contact@getswoly.top with order number and reason (optional).
- Package carefully in original condition and, if possible, packaging.
- Send with a traceable shipping method. Keep your shipping receipt.
- Confirmation & refund follow after receipt and verification.
10. Guarantee & conformity
For legal guarantee and conformity, we refer to the "Conformity and guarantee" section in the Terms of Service. Quality problems that occur within a reasonable period, we solve in consultation. Our products are dietary supplements and results may vary.
